Ariel Lett, Esq. Lett Law's Managing Attorney is Ariel Lett, Esq. Mr. Lett brings broad experience to the Firm. Before founding Lett Law in 2007, Mr. Lett worked at both large and small defense companies for several years. While there, he was able to gain a firm understanding of how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they operate. This experience he brings to Lett law, so that he can work most effectively for You: The People. He will make sure that you are not taken advantage of through Bad Faith insurance companies.

Mr. Lett, in addition to his experience as a lawyer, also worked as a federal law assistant for the Honorable Darrin Gayles of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida. As a federal clerk, Mr. Lett managed and evaluated many cases. He also drafted numerous orders and opinions which resolved complex procedural and substantive issues. Mr. Lett also has litigation experience in trade secret and non-compete law.

Mr. Lett earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law where he was a Trustee Full-Tuition Scholarship recipient. He won a national title in the Thurgood-Marshall Mock Trial Competition, as well as several honors and awards for Moot Court & Trial Advocacy. He was also an Associate Editor for the Michigan State International Law Review. Lett also won a regional championship as a member of the Michigan State Arbitration Team. Mr. Lett completed an internship for the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Prior to law school, Mr. Lett attended Northwood University where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration while on the Dean's List. He was also part of the national championship mock-trial team at Northwood University, where he received several awards including an All-American Attorney Award.

Mr. Lett has been licensed to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for Southern District of Florida.
