Mr. Huggins has been practicing law in the State of Nevada since 1998. For the last ten years he has been focused on representing individuals and families in all areas of Domestic Litigation focusing heavily on child custody litigation in Las Vegas, including military divorces in Nevada, and representation of people accused of all matter of crimes, with a large focus on criminal defense for the crime of Battery constituting Domestic Violence.
